Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time
Standard products: 1–3 business days
Personalized/POD products: 3–7 business days (production + quality check)

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days — Calculated at checkout
Expedited Shipping: 5–8 business days — Calculated at checkout
Free Shipping: 10–21 business days — Free on orders over [$50]

Delivery times are estimates and begin after order processing, not from the order date.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and dimensions.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. SHOMPE is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to re-ship the order.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please allow an additional 5 business days before contacting us.
If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and household members first, then contact us within 7 days.
For packages lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.

POD Product Shipping

Personalized/POD products are produced on demand and may be shipped separately from standard products in the same order. You may receive multiple packages for a single order — each will have its own tracking number.
